Privacy Policy

Effective Monday 19 October 2026

Freedom Fest Pty Ltd (ABN 20 685 022 931) runs The Conversion Codes and The Conversion Club. We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles and other privacy laws that apply to you. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.

1. What we collect

  • Details you give us: your name, email address, and anything else you type into a form, such as your phone number or Instagram handle.
  • Purchase details: what you bought and your billing details. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Member activity: your posts, comments and questions in the community, and what you share on live calls.
  • Call recordings: live calls are recorded, which may include your name, face, voice and anything you show on screen.
  • Website data: your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and how you got to our site, collected through cookies and similar tools.

2. Why we collect it

  • To register you for masterclasses and events and send you the details
  • To give you access to the Club, the community and your purchases
  • To process payments and manage your mentorship
  • To send you emails about The Conversion Codes, our programs and offers (you can unsubscribe at any time)
  • To answer your questions and give you support
  • To improve our programs, website and marketing
  • To meet our legal obligations

3. Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run the business, including:

  • Kajabi: our website, mentorship, email, community and analytics platform
  • Kajabi Payments (which uses Stripe): to process payments, including digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • Zoom and Kajabi's Live Room: for live masterclasses and calls
  • Ticket Tailor: to issue tickets for our live events
  • AI tools: some Club tools are hosted by third-party AI providers, such as Claude by Anthropic, and you use them on that provider's platform under its own terms
  • Advertising tools such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), if we run ads
  • Our team and contractors who help run the business, under confidentiality
  • Advisers or authorities when the law requires it

4. Storing information overseas

Some of these services store data outside Australia, mainly in the United States. We use reputable providers with their own security and privacy protections, but by using our services you understand your information may be stored and processed overseas.

5. Cookies and tracking

Our site uses cookies to keep you logged in, understand how the site is used, and, if we advertise, show you relevant ads and measure them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work properly without them.

6. Marketing emails

If you register for a masterclass, download a resource or buy from us, we'll email you about The Conversion Codes and related offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Emails about your account, payments and access will still be sent while you're a member.

7. Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No system is completely secure, so please keep your login details private.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your information while you're a member or on our list, and for as long as we need it for legal, tax or accounting reasons. Call recordings stay in the Club for members to watch while the Club runs.

9. Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. If you're in the EU, UK or certain US states, you may have extra rights under your local laws, such as data portability or opting out of targeted advertising. We'll respond within 30 days.

10. Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, email us first and we'll work to fix it. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version will always be on this page.
